Today, we get a look at a new Pharrell HU NMD colorway, a new sneaker from Kanye, release info for the Futurecraft 4D and Neon AM95, a new BoostYouWear collab, and possible Kobe retros?!
1. Kobe Retros
Has the time finally arrived? After a prelude pack, and a fade to black pack, Nike and Kobe may be working on bringing his storied sneakers back into the limelight. Dropping the most obvious yet subtle hint on his Instagram story, Kobe alludes to the concept of retros, while holding a Zoom Kobe 1. As Mamba Day is in the near future (Apr 13), perhaps it could be a day worth marking down (and saving up for).
2. Another "Holi" Pharrell HU NMD
Yesterday I reviewed one of the upcoming Pharrell Hu NMD's from the Holi pack. Today, we get a look at another shoe dropping in the collection. This pair features a more subtle colored upper, with hits of marble on the bumpers and cage, and a dark blue or black trail sole. Again, this pack drops March 2nd, so stay tuned for looks at the remaining pairs dropping as well.
3. Air Max 95 OG 'Neon' Retro
As long as Nike retros storied Air Maxes... people will buy them. Proven by the AM1 drops in 2017, this year Nike looks to bring back the OG Neon AM95. For all the Air Max aficionados, looks for these to drop on March 2nd for $160.
4. adidas x Bristol Studio BYW
This All Star Weekend, adidas and Bristol Studio are dropping a premium version of the Crazy BYW. Bristol creator Luke Tadashi drew inspiration from his Japanese heritage for the upper colors, materials, and characters. An LA exclusive, look for these at All Star Weekend for $200.
5. Kanye's next sneaker is...
A Suede Crepe season 6 sneaker. No, it doesn't seem to have boost. However, Kanye gives a more everyday-wearable option than his past crepe boots, while keeping the same materials and overall feel. This sneaker is definitely not for everyone, especially at a $400 price point... however for those who like Kanye's crepe boots, these are a great transition for the summer months. Personally I think they look sharp, but I'll let someone else drop $400 on em.
6. Futurecraft 4D re-releasing
If you are in NYC, you are in luck. Via the adidas app (NOT the confirmed app) you can enter the drawing for the Futurecraft 4D runner. Reservations are open until Feb 7th (Wednesday), and their release is on Feb 10th. If you aren't in NYC, sorry about ya, perhaps take a road trip? But if so, be sure to enter this giveaway right now, and make sure you have an extra $300 laying around come drop day!
