In short, a sneaker enthusiast.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, I never had the benefit of living in a major sneaker city. However, having the internet at my fingertips, I was able to satisfy my hunger for sneakers. Sitting in class in high school, I learned the chronology of Air Jordans, studied which retros were coming out that Saturday, and planned which future releases I needed to save up for. It wasn't long after that I fell in love with camping out on Friday nights/Saturday mornings with people who shared the same love for sneakers and the culture.

Nowadays, my goal is to keep the stories and history alive in the sneaker world, and show off the details and innovation brands put into their sneakers. I want to continue the conversation by keeping old shoes relevant, and letting new shoes have their time to shine. I also aim to encourage my fellow enthusiasts to think beyond the hype, and learn sneaker history they may have not known before.

While sneakers are my main passion, they go hand in hand with style and fashion, so you can also expect to see posts about some of my favorite pieces and brands I incorporate into my everyday style
